Did you know July is National Blueberry month? Yep, my favorite fruit to eat in everything!!

So, here is a recipe I saw on GMA today. I'm not sure how this will taste, but being the blueberry lover I am, I'm going to try it.

Blueberry Soup
(I know, I know!) They didn't give measurements but I'm sure it was equal parts.

1 cup of Blueberries

1 cup of yogurt

1 cup of chicken stock

sprinkle w/ chives

Let me know if you try it! Enjoy!

Althought blueberries aren't my favorite, I do like them. But uh, this recipe doesn't sound so good to me. Is it supposed to be a cold soup?

Let us know how it tastes ... I'm very curious!

Hmm....I'm not so sure about this recipe!! I love me some bluberries, but I'm not sure about having them with chicken stock & chives!! I might let you try this one first!! =) lol I don't know if you have a Sams Club near you, but I was in there yesterday, and they had a HUGE container of fresh blueberries for like $7. They looked SO yummy. I almost got them, but had already checked out when I saw them.

Hey, this looks weird. :-) I like blueberries, but I'm not sure I'd like them mixed with chicken stock. Let me know if you try it. (BTW, I tried to click on your link over at Shannon's, but it tried to direct me to your old blog, which obviously isn't there anymore.)

I don't think I'm up for this either, but you need to do your work as a good journalist, and do the experiment and report back.

I was good with the blueberries and yogurt, and then I got to the chicken stock!! That sounds nasty. How about you try it and TELL us how it is, and then MAYBE we will try it!! I'll be waiting! :)

If it were my recipe, I'd substitute whipped cream for the chicken stock and sprinkles for the chives.

Let us know if you try it.
